august primeval creature co. is a YouTube channel dedicated to short (less than five-minute) films made with handmade puppets- all made mostly if not entirely from upcycled materials. Since a tender age, I've had an affinity for scavenging crafting materials from recycle bins, experimenting and building. From these beginnings, the creature co. has grown- and continues to grow- into a ground for raising new characters, stories, and worlds. Though not every puppet I've made has desired the spotlight, the craft has introduced me to characters who have since built lives in my other work.
